What is Life Reset?

The Life Reset experience includes a self-driven online learning program and bi-monthly virtual mentoring sessions in a cohort with other professional women. (Cohorts are limited to 10 participants.)

The program equips you with the tools to Regroup, Reframe, and Recocus your life - in all aspects. These are tools that can be used at any point in your life, again and again. Especially when faced with any change of "chapter" or new direction.

Mentoring is the "practice" of applying and learning from, each aspect of your journey. Mastering a fulfilled and joyfully abundant life takes more than information - it requires a transformation. This can only be done when you have the support, the encouragement, and the practice to master yourself.
